Construction Working Minds seeks to engage workplace communities with three strategies:
1. Providing strategic guidance based on gap analysis for comprehensive suicide prevention, intervention and suicide bereavement support in construction.
2. Providing state-of-the-art-training and presentations that increase capacity, confidence and competence in suicide prevention, mental health promotion and resilience at work.
3. Changing culture by helping the construction industry aspire to a zero suicide mindset through safe and effective communication and leadership engagement.
